Exchanges and refunds will be made within 7 days after the buyer has received the parcel. In case that the buyer couldnÂ´t provide a document that justifies the day of arrival of the parcel, they will be made within 31 days, counting from the day of shipping.
All my items are shipped using Registered Mail by default. If the parcel is lost or damaged, a replacement will be shipped to the buyer.
A proof of the damages caused on items by the Postal Service could be required by the seller, in order to fill a complaint against the Postal Service (pictures, details, etc.).
For International parcels, the item/s will be considered lost if after two months it hasnÂ´t arrived to its destination. If there is a special contingency (like a security measure) in the destination country, these time limits can be extended, depending on the circumstances.
I will refund your money (less shipping fees) upon return of the item in new condition.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returned items.
Any attemp to deceive or to hide the truth to commit a fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities and the buyer will automatically lose the right to demand any replacement or refund.
If the purchaser chooses Non Registered Mail as shipping method, the package wonÂ´t be able to be tracked and the expected delivery time could be longer.
